For reasons that will soon become obvious, there have been filings in this court case which I have not made public on Change.org. But now it is time for the world to see the truth. So the next series of updates will be a timeline of the filings and events of this case with a discussion of each filing.           Literally overnight in under 19 hours, a response was on record that not only completely dismantled the states motion but also highlighted a false statement in the motion. For a self represented plaintiff to respond in such a rapid, effective and damaging way is already nearly unimaginable, but becomes nearly miraculous when you consider the plaintiff is a homeless high school dropout with no formal education who answered on a night he had worked a full shift as a housekeeper.
