Yesterday was a good turn of events after the unusual actions of the court last week. It began with the filing of my second lawsuit against Jeff Jones on the 12th. The next day, Judge White issued GO-24-9 which changed the local rules and prohibited Pro Se litigants from filing any further documents electronically in all cases from this point forward.
This meant a trip to Muskogee yesterday and took friends with me who had business in town as well. While there I stopped by the Muskogee Phoenix Newspaper and dropped a copy of the brief of with the publisher and editor, Ed Choate, a Choctaw from Dallas who did seem to show interest, so our case may soon make the paper finally. However it would be more likely if my supporters email him at publisher@muskogeephoenix.com demanding the story be ran. We get more working together than alone.
I also stopped at a dispensary as we were nearing Tahlequah where I spoke with Amanda Nofire who said she would begin promoting the petition in her shop. She expressed her appreciation for my efforts and pride in our meeting. Combined with the fact I was offered direct support for the first time in the case just a few days ago, which I politely turned down.
So it seems change is slowly beginning after more than 3 years, thank you Father.
