The states motion to dismiss has been defeated, the court is now left with no justifiable options but to deny the states motion and request the brief for our claims which can be found at the link below. Share this with all the Cherokee because it leaves the court with little justifiable choice but to grant declaratory judgement in favor of the Cherokee people.
