It is compulsory and vital stop the destruction of Heritage sites in order to preserve the history and the past for generations to come because people with no History, with no Past, are not going to connect to their roots, thus they will not understand who they are, where they come from, why they are. We cannot let anyone, nor a country or a party, savagely destroy the past of Human Kind. We need to protect all the Heritage Sites, or at least the most relevant ones, that are included in the Unesco World Heritage List and Unesco World Heritage Sites at risk. If belligerents do not respect the International Conventions, such as "Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict with Regulations for the Execution of the Convention 1954" and "Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage 1972", we need to invite UNESCO and UN to act and organize special military forces to have Heritage Sites at Risk, due to War conflicts, guarded.
