Sayuilta, Nayarit has been declared by the Mexican Government and President Enrique Peña Nieto as "Pueblo Magico".  This is a program in coordination (and hopefully cooperation) with the Local International Community of Residents in Sayuilta, visitors and the Mexican Government Public Servants ("Administrators")

The "fresh" "pure" potable and all Water in/near Sayulita, Nayarit is polluted, toxic and dangerous for all Living Beings - humans, Animals and all of Nature.  The Ocean is polluted, toxic, contaminated and dangerous for all Living Beings - humans, Animals and all of Nature.

The Air in/near Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico is polluted, toxic and dangerous for all Living Beings - humans, Animals and all of Nature

The Land in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico is toxic, polluted and contaminated.

In order to claim Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico as a "Pueblo Magico", according to the Mexican Constitution of 1917 - present - the Mexican Government must actively work together with the Local Community of Sayuilta and all who visit to truly create a Sustainable Sayulita and thus "Pueblo Magico".  

The United Nations declares, along with the UN Earth Charter and MANY BILLIONS of people word wide that Earth has Rights.  Mother Nature was here first.  Nature has Rights.  Animals have Rights.  All Beings have Rights Worldwide to FRESH, PURE, CLEAN POTABLE and DRINKABLE WATER. 

The Mexican Government and many people in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico are in DIRECT VIOLATION of the International Rights to Pure Water, Air and Land.
