Recently, a Page High School senior by the name of Emma Zamani made a serious of racist remarks against a black student. She is a class of ‘24 student here at UNC and it is not fair that she can publicly make these disparaging comments and be allowed to attend a school that claims they are all about diversity and inclusion. Her comments are reason to rescind her admission and support the mission of UNC to renounce racism and hate. Please join me in standing as an ally against racist comments and behaviors at UNC Chapel Hill.
