Hello, my name is Mia and my username is osakasamsa92. Recently, I was permanently banned for RTOS due to an ingame joke I made in which I said something along the lines of, "Lets go do croak in the bathroom". I was reported for this and justifiably banned. I understand what I did wrong and I apologize for my actions.

However, when I went to apply for OSP, I was denied this. This surprised me a lot considering the fact that I have seen people say racial slurs to other people get their OSP appealed.  Afterwards, I was permanently banned from the main server for literally no reason.  

First I wanted to say that before I was banned, I was in QA as a gameplay tester. I actively was helping out the playerbase and the developers with Ventura. I love this game so much I  was willing to put in real life time to meet quotas and help out the community so that they could have the best experience possible playing the game.  Secondly, I do not have a moderation record; no bans or warnings. The only ones I had were  able to be appealed. I am someone who actively takes time out their day to report offending players of the  game and with pretty high success rates. I am not a problematic or argumentative  person. I don't start drama, I just wanna play the game. Lastly, I love Project Ventura and the community. Before I got banned, I was really looking forward to playing Sonora as I pitched in a lot of ideas in community meetings and gave feedback to not just Sonora but PV as well. I am very appreciative of the friends I have made on this game and the help I have received my time being in the community from players and staff a like.  I have a genuine love for this game and it would devastate me to not be able to play again due to a mistake.

I am a human being and I am not perfect. I make mistakes and so does everyone else. This one action doesn't define the  hard work and dedication I've put into this community and game.

Honestly, there is a lot I could've said about how some of the staff have reacted to me advocating for my unban. I have been left in the dark about a lot of different things regarding my ban. But I don't want to start any issues nor is it my end goal to get anyone in trouble. I just want to get this all taken care of. 

I hope to any staff that is able to take action with my case sees this and is able to see that I am taking full responsibility for my actions and understand that it genuinely is a highlight of my day to play this game and contribute to it and makes the correct decisions in regards to my case.
