Riot Korea banned Dopa for 1000 years in 2016 for account boosting and misconduct. After 10 years, I believe it is time Riot look at lifting this ban. No player should be given a "Life Sentence". 

Now, after completing his military service and being reformed, he is a positive light in the League of Legends community, and I want people to show their support in this petition.
