On April 28th Colombians decided to protest again a tax reform launched by the government in the middle of the third wave of the pandemic while the worst economic crisis in history hits the country. The former president Alvaro Uribe Velez, who acts as the owner of power in the shadows, has ordered the military forces via Twitter to shoot the civilians in the streets. The military forces recognize Uribe as their real boss assassinating too many people after 6 days of protests.

in Colombia, there is nowhere to file a complaint, because both, the prosecutor's office, the attorney general's office, and all levels of justice belong to the government. So we only have to file a complaint with the international community. Colombia and in particular the city of Cali with its surroundings is now a giant bloodstain of innocent victims motivated to go to the streets by hunger. We don't know the number of victims, because they hide it and have made more than 700 arbitrary arrests. The world must know this and send support, please.
