Stop second deportation on 1 person first one 2007 new deportation order 2018
The Issue
Supporting my cause would make it possible for me to remain in the United Kingdom and not separate me from my children and be there for them and provide for them. Be there when they need me and have a father figure in their lives. My immigration trouble diverts my attention from my children and money that I could be spending and saving up for their futures I have to use it to pay for my immigration solicitor. All of my achievements in my life are here in this country as I have been here from the age of 19 and I'm now 36 and still not able to settle down.
I have won my appeal against my Deportation Order in 2010. Every further application to the Home Office has resulted in only getting a 6 month leave to remain which has cost me roughly £2,000 a year. The last time I applied for further Leave to Remain it took the Home Office 4 years to make their decision. They then decided to issue a new deportation order on me claiming that my circumstances have changed. Whilst waiting on the previous decision, I had a new child which they say I have only had my child to remain in the UK which is unacceptable.
There are so many errors in their decision that its impossible for me to explain. All I know is that it's very unfair.
