It is great news that the UK now prosecute people who choose to drive through puddles and splash people one the pavement.

I however, do not feel like this is enough. If you choose to balls up someone elses day just to give you and your mates a laugh, what is the point of you breathing the same air as everyone else? 

This is a petition for the UK parliament to seriously consider legalising capital punishment, preferably by firing squad, and witholding it exclusively for puddle splashers.
