I would like accesses to further education for special needs people to increase up to 45 years of age. This is to allow these persons to have longer in education as we can take longer to learn and make our own choices. I also believe this longer period of time shall help families, caregivers   and other important people like social workers extra time to find out whats best for the person after education. If you are in agreement with what I am asking please do come on board,thank you! :)  I have personally found a college course that I wish to do but because of my age I cannot. Please help me change this. :D
