As the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine gets more serious, Ukraine is still considered a sovereign country under siege by a foreign invader and the public and their soldiers need food, water and medical supplies. It is up to the UK government, The United Nations, the European Union and the Red Cross to immediately and urgently propose a peaceful and neutral convoy and/or direct flights into the capital and other cities without any interference from any invading country such as Russia or Belarus.

As the rest of the world is reluctant to propose a No Fly zone over Ukraine for fear of intercepting and engaging in open combat with enemy aircraft or ground attack and escalating the situation, Ukraine still should have the right as an soverign indepentent European nation to allow humanitarian aid in it's own right to protect the safety and health of it's own citizens.

The slow moving convoy approaching Kyiv is obviously and has been openly admitting to encircle the capital and starve it's ocupants, both military and mostly the innocent civilians, into starving and capitulation.
