M. Ghandi was a cause of great catastrophe in British India leading up to the Partition of "India" and more so the Punjab, which resulted in the death and destruction of lives and property and causing the mass migrations of Punjabi's across the Punjab. Many millions were uprooted from their ancestral homelands and hundreds of thousands of innocents killed in the aftermath. M. Ghandi was also an ardent "Anti Sikh" and it is apparent of his distaste for the Punjabi's and in particular the Sikh's, including insulting the 10th Guru of the Sikhs. It may be of note that the Sikh's did not participate in the Mutiny of 1857 and defended the British population during this horrid period in history. Sikhs further sacrificed many of its youth in the many British wars external of India. He further commented that black people were an inferior race. He is also known to have been a pedophile. I therefore implore the UK Parliament to oppose such a move.
