Because of current situations, the University still has not announced how the pot of unpaid salaries during the strikes will be spent. You’ll likely feel that you have lost out (whether from the strikes or the current closures). You can appeal individually, and you can write to the Vice Chancellor directly at vc@uea.ac.uk.
