The Public Hearing will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Davis Conference Center 1651 N 700 W, Layton, UT. Comments regarding the preferred alignment will be received until midnight Thursday, September 21, 2017.
