Items to discuss: 1. One-way vs. two-way frontage road 2. No exit north off of Hobbs Creek Dr. 3. Sound Walls 4. Using Hobbs Creek Drive as an off-ramp for SR-193, Hwy 89 and Valley View Drive – and as an on-ramp for access to Hwy 89 We are concerned about: 1. Shutting off neighborhoods 2. Decreased safety and potential for accidents 3. Decreased property values have Taylors and Woodbury tell their experiences 4. Extra emergency-response time 5. Increased traffic on Hobbs Creek Dr. 6. Increased mileage and travel time 7. Extra wear and tear on cars 8. Extra gas and oil usage and costs 9. Increased pollution 10. Overall inconvenience 11. Children walking to school - No bus service for school children 12. Speeding and what will the speed limit be? 13.
