My girlfriend, who is currently a student in his Math 1A class, describes him as "super, super engaging and open." On more than one occasion she has called him at his personal phone number to get help with problems she did not understand because not only is he great at explaining math topics, but he also just wants to help. Alexander Coward is an incredible asset to students and the mathematics department at Berkeley. There is absolutely no sense in firing him for being too good at his job.
