Ubisoft, fix the award-bugs in "The Crew"

The Issue

Ubisoft brought us a good game called The Crew.

What is the problem? Since this game was released in 2014 there are bugs! Awards does not count as they should and it is not possible to finish the game for many players. The community all over the world reported these bugs. Just few words: Extramile Bug, Versatile Showman Big, Midwest Master Bug, Rough Terrain Bug....

Ubisoft only did some small driving adjustments and sell their DLCs. They do not patch the problems the community reported to them.

Ubisoft does not communicate with the players. The mods in the forum only give the advice to open a support ticket and the support gives the advice to ask in the forum. We are waiting now for more than a year for a solution and there seems to be no solution! Since one year we here that "they are working on it". Players cancelled orders for The Divison and other great games because of the bad customer service. They stopped playing "The Crew" because they are not able to complete the game because of the bugs. That is not what we expect from a company like Ubisoft!

What do we want?

First solution: Patch this problems now, first priority. Your players, your mods and your support would be very thankful.

Second solution: You have a forum, a twitter channel and other channels. Give us a statement, what is the problem and how long we have to wait for a solution.

We really love your game and we appreciate your hard work. But we are sure that you understand: After one year hearing "we are working on it", there should be some results. Especially if the publisher is a big and well known name like Ubisoft.
