Hi, More 10 times people have supported this petition overnight as compared to the earlier days because they do not want to give their hard earned money to Uber(or any other company) who puts surge fare "to bring more taxis on road". I have been going through each and every comment that is received on this petition and its updates. Many people are suggesting to start using some other Taxi services if I do not like Uber. No! Strictly no ! I love using Uber and there is not hate. I am just another customer who wants a better service from them with everybody's support. I do not represent any other Taxi Service/company. I just prefer to use cheapest one available near me. Why have I just started this campaign just against Uber? I am an Indian. I know how companies here are treating their customers. They are not keeping the quality up to the mark which Uber is and there is no denial in that. (there might be few exceptions which I might be unaware of). I have gone through customer care of many Taxi services and I found UBER to be the best when it comes to making customers happy and responding in time. I absolutely love them for this which is why I thought it is best to notify this company which responds early. Had I started this against OLA or any other company, they would all have waited for one another to do something against it. I believe in Uber's Management and think that they will respond early on this. I do not know if the results will be good or not, but if you keep supporting me this way, I am sure, together we can bring this to Uber's management eye and they will definitely have to do something for this. Also, I would like to share another incident happened yesterday while I booked Uber. I saw UberGO(Cheaper one) with some surge at that moment and was surprised when I saw the same cars under UberX(Comparitively Expensive) category. As I am against using Surge, I preffered to book UberX. When I boarded the cab, after talking to the driver I came to know that the same Cab runs under both the categories. When I told him about the surge on another category, he was surprised too! Asking him further, he told me he never understood Surge Fare concept. He narrated the incident of getting 5.0X Surge once from Hauj Khas Village, New Delhi, India but never got them in earnings. Since then, he never was interested to know about it. He was sure that customer was charged 5X of the fare but he didn't get any. I am attaching the pictures for details. There pictures are not edited for any purpose.
