It appears the driver suspension will likely be permanent. If you're a victim of this sort of exploitation, don't settle for half measures. You have a right to privacy. Even in the instance your driver isn't live streaming, do you really know what those cameras are taking home to your voyeur chauffeur claiming to be concerned about their safety? Do you really know how that content will be used?
