The University have created a scheme which means students at The Forge won't be charged the rent for third term!

"We want to update you on arrangements regarding early departure from The Forge.

If you left your accommodation at The Forge ahead of the Easter break, you will not be charged the rent due to U-Student for your third term tenancy.

The University of Sunderland is able to make this commitment because of its partnership with U-Student, which runs The Forge.

This is the same arrangement as we have offered to students in University-owned accommodation.

In order to benefit from this University scheme, you must email U Student at admin@u-student.com before 9 April 2020."
