Put an end to mass shootings - tell the US congress to pass stricter gun control

On Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Nikolas Crus, 19, carrying a black duffel bag and backpack, arrived at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Florida and pulled out a semiautomatic AR-15 rifle.

17 people lost their lives that day, most of them are teenagers with their entire lives in front of them, full of hopes and dreams for their futures, but those dreams and hopes were stolen from them forever.

Sandy Hook, San Bernardino, Pulse nightclub, Las Vegas. Somehow, mass shootings have become routine. And the US government have become numb to them. Our president refuses to even discuss gun control, blaming the shooting entirely on mental issues, while avoiding any talks about gun control.

How many more people need to die in order for us to say "enough is enough"? The mass shooting at Parkland will certainly not be the last mass school shooting unless we stand up and tell the US Congress to pass stricter gun control measures.

I urge you to stand with me to put an end to mass gun violence. This petition is the least we can do!
