Electronic cigarettes and "vape pens" as they're also known have changed millions of people's lives, including my own. They have helped many many people stop smoking and to date there have been no negative health effects. However, the FDA and others want to regulate them the same as tobacco products, even though these products contain no tobacco and even the nicotine is usually not derived from a tobacco source. The Vape industry is a multi-billion-dollar industry derived of millions of small brick-and-mortar stores and small online shops. These small independent companies will have a very difficult time complying with the new regulations. These regulations will more than likely put millions of people out of jobs and destroy many small businesses, businesses that are owned and operated in the United States.
