I have been an animal activist for awhile now.  People do horrific, barbaric things to animals.  Dogs being set on fire, being thrown from moving cars and that is just a few.  We were very excited to see a law, "Rocky's Law", go into effect in New York making a registry list of animal abusers putting their name and photo so that they will not be able to hurt another animal again.  We need this Nationwide...Please help me get this list of evil people that should not be aloud to own animals.  Lets all work together to make this happen.
