Move the office of the United States Attorneys General out from under the authority of the President of the United States. Move under the authority of the Supreme Court of the United States. Making the Attorneys General independent of the President and Congress. 

Attorneys General should be nominated by the Supreme Court and confirmed by the full Congress and the President.

Create a Constitutional Amendment to enact this change.
