We the people of the United States call upon the Senate and the House of Representatives to charge Senator Mitch McConnell for an impeachment trial. If this individual is subsequently convicted in a Senate impeachment trial, he will be removed from office.

Specifically we ask that Senator McConnell be charged with:

1. Dereliction of his constitutional duty for refusing to appoint a Supreme Court Judge replacement as required by our Constitution.

2. Obstruction of the high office of the President of the United States for a period of 8 years.

As set forth, we demand an impeachment trial as soon as possible.
