I know this should never ever happened but people and things are so different in this world today. I don't know how these groomers or stores check on their employees to see if they are capable of harming our animals. Maybe the laws there should be changed some how like maybe make them show something from the county that they have no records of harming any animals or humans. Sign petition in demanding stiffer punishment for all animal abusers no matter who they are. Also to get rid of kill shelters nothing against the employees but too many animals are being abused and/or killed and it has to be stopped. No animals deserves that. This guy was let out on $2,000 bond, what is he doing in between that time and the time he will have his trial? If you read the article they agree with me that was not enough, but until laws are changed and make it the same in each State and one stiff enough to make these abusers think twice before they hurt an animal, it will never stop. If that does not stop them, at least make it where there punishment will make them suffer more than the animal they harmed. I also asked why should an animal who has been abused be put on Death Row when the abuser walks free or their punishment was nothing compare to what the animals suffered and maybe end up KILLED! Our animals deserve to live their life to the fullest and they deserve rights. They need protection and they should get it.
