Please read the article. We have to keep pushing as the police are not made to take dog abuse as a serious crime everywhere. This happened in Texas where this poor dog was rescued from a freezing puddle and the police made the woman give them the dog back which she has said she was not told the truth about the situation. She gave the dog to the police and they gave the poor dog back to the owners who then shot the dog to death. To me the police is guilty too and they need to take animal abuse as a serious crime as it. That is why I have a petition to change laws in every state so that they are the same in each state and to get rid of kill shelters, to make stiffer punishment to all animal abusers no matter who they are. Sign petition demanding stiffer punishment, get rid of kill shelters, change the laws, protect our animals and so on. To many animals are being abused or killed and it has to be stopped. We need to stand and be their voice as they can not speak. They deserve to live their live to the fullest without being abused or killed. They deserve justice, protection and love.
