Sign petition demanding stiffer punishment for ALL ABUSERS as well as to get rid of KILL SHELTERS. Nothing against the employees that do their job, but there are way too many animals being abused and/or killed and it must be stopped. Too many criminals are getting away with these kinds of crime. Every State needs to change the laws to make every criminal pay for their crime and make it where they wish they had never done it. Forget about slapping them on the wrist and letting them go. Make it where the law has to get involved with these crimes just like all the other ones. It has been proven that these criminals who do harm animals most likely will make their next victim a child. Too many children are being abused and/or killed now without letting these criminals move up to that level. Our animals should be protected and justice should be serve.
