First of all, why were they allow to roam where ever and do what ever they wanted too and be in contact with others. I mean it is not bad enough that they killed a woman, but they also killed a child. If someone can do that they can do anything. I for one am sick and tired of having these scumbags in prison that committed big crimes and my tax money goes to feed them and take care of them. It is BS! I can not believe the US can not get rid of trash but yet they don't care how our animals are treated. Humans abuse them, sometimes kill, and then there are kill shelters that end up killing most of them any how. The animals that have been abused should not be put on death row. That is what they call it. Some shelters only give them one day if no one adopts they KILL that animal. They did nothing wrong. Then you have these scumbags idiots that we are all taking care of and they are not even on death row. I still think and believe animal abusers move on to bigger objects after they have learned they had control over that animal. That is no fun any more, so time to move on. They put animals on death row who knows nothing about what is going on. Humans who know right from wrong are living with no worries. They will be back on the streets again one day.
