We have 5,232 supporters. Need your help. I can not believe this. This guy was on bail for drug and weapons violations when he committed this crime. He said he could not take the dogs barking. All dogs bark, didn't he know that? He took a roll of black electric tape and wrapped it as tight as he could around the dogs mouth. You might remember this happening. He wrapped around the dogs mouth 9 times then chained her to the fence. He lived in South Carolina. After he taped her mouth and chained her up, he went to Atlanta to up date his supply of drugs. This dog suffered for 36 hours tied and the tape. Could not bark, eat or drink. The dog bit her tongue serverely trying to break lose. It also cut her circulation off. Think 36 hours of torture. His day came in court. Yes the judge said he wish he could give him more. I do believe there are judges who really wish that. He pleaded guilty and only got 5 years which is the max. But, yes there is a but. He got 5 for dog and 15 for drugs and weapons. The two sentences will run concurrently. Well the longer the sentence, the more you get off for good behavior and what ever else. You can look at it this way. He might not spend any time for the dog. They should had been 2 different sentences. This crime is not getting any better if anything it is getting a lot worst. Nothing against the employees who are doing their job, but too many animals are being abused and/or killed and it needs to be stopped. It is up to us to help these living creatures, They breath, live, and bleed just like we do, and we were put here on earth together. They should have a right to live their life out, not let someone take their life. They can't talk, so someone has to speak for them.
