Animals Rights

We have come to a stand still once again. I know this is a big subject that a lot of people care about. I don't understand how other petitions has double digits in the thousands. Example: 55,492. when this is for all animals not one but all. We don't even have 1500 and we need so many more than that, so I am asking once again, to PLEASE SHARE AND ASK EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO SIGN AND/OR SHARE TO GET THIS PETITION GOING ONCE AGAIN. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Thank you, RIP Dingo
