We have come to a stand still once again. I know this is a big subject that a lot of people care about. I don't understand how other petitions has double digits in the thousands. Example: 55,492. when this is for all animals not one but all. We don't even have 1500 and we need so many more than that, so I am asking once again, to PLEASE SHARE AND ASK EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO SIGN AND/OR SHARE TO GET THIS PETITION GOING ONCE AGAIN. This tells about a dog that was abandoned by his owner to a high kill shelter.He was rescued by a nonprofit org. The sad thing is he was not well and no one seemed to care at the shelter as they did not take care of his problem. Shortly after rescued, he died in his rescuer's arms. Severe Pneumonia his lungs were full of fluid. Please help to get rid of kill shelters and demand stiffer punishment for abusers. Sign petition.
