The petition is to get rid of kill shelters as well as stiffer punishment for abusers. I found an interesting article about No Kill. Please read. I have not left anything out of this petition as people are saying that No Kill shelters will make a difference. In my state we have NO KILL and it works fine. Not only that you will see where I said to build bigger and better shelters for these animals. Also below I am going to give you a link that will show you what the abuser gets for their crime. Not that much. Also this petition is for all animals not one certain one like some are. I am asking that you PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE ANY WAY YOU KNOW HOW. We need all the help we can get.
