Top Pentagon officials are testifying Tuesday (today) for the first time since the completion of the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan in what is expected to be a confrontational hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee.  While this may be the start of accountability, a hearing alone is not adequate.
