There has not been a trial, which means there's possible intent that there will be no transparency in what happened to my son.
There hasn't been a day gone by that I don't shed tears after losing Deshon. I go to my workplace day after day in camouflage misery from what happened in Round Rock Texas on the night of April 17 2019. There's so much more to this crime than the hit and run, and many unanswered questions.
Please pray for my family that we will see justice in this world for my baby boy.
We are still seeking signatures to push this law for change in how hit and run crimes are observed. We are also extremely concerned to change the way police officers and hospitals are able to take total control over what they deem an accident, but treat family members as if they are the criminals, rather than the victims over their loved one, who may possibly still be alive, but they are neither encouraged, or given the option to confirm.
God bless
