Hello my fellow animal lovers! Did you know that animal testing is only banned in three states in the United States? This is something that needs to be changed; these animals need your help! Over 100 million animals alone in the United states are used for cosmetic testing. Sadly, these animals endure awful conditions and most of these animals do not make it out alive. Over 23 different kinds of animals are breeded in the United States for cosmetic testing.  Most cosmetics companies test on animals in China (where it is required by law). Sadly, at the moment we cannot control what China does with animal testing in their country. What we can do is make a change in the United States first. 

           Making sure animals are treated properly has always been something I have been very passionate about. Animal cruelty is a topic that is not always disscussed in positions of power. I had known that animal testing still existed, but I had no idea actually how many brands still test. I was appalled at this discovery, because sadly I have been purchasing items in the past from them. Some examples of large brands that test their products on animals are: Benefit Cosmetics, MAC Cosmetics, L'oreal Paris, Estee Lauder, Revlon, Nars Cosmetics, Chanel, Yves Saint Laruant, Louis Vuitton, and so many more. The only way we can start a change is boycotting these cosmetic companies. I have created a blog to give information on all of the popular cosmetic companies that still test, as well as some of my favorite cosmetic companies that are cruelty free/vegan. Help me make a voice for those who cannot use theirs! I hope all of you that see this sign my petition, and help make a change in the United States.
