Everyday more and more elephants are being killed by poachers, owners, trainers, and circuses. If you go to

you will notice that if you go towards the bottom that and i quote "Constant tethering shall not exceed 14 days without a written justification from a veterinarian". Imagine being tied up for 14 days strait. Now most people don't really look at these things but if you do you won't forget it.  The solution is to get Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to change this law for the better. I want to change this to 16 hours, now this may seem like a long time but 14 days vs 16 hours is a big difference. So please help the elephants we need 611,011 supported so we can make this happen.
