You can describe the debilitating glare from LED headlights, you can reference 21 U.S.C. 360ii and the Radiation Control Program, you can reference the FDA's requirement to liaise with NHTSA on LED headlights to ensure eye safety, you can mention Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez's amendment to the House Appropriations Committee to study headlight glare, you can mention this petition, and you can reference 49 USC 30118 and defective LED headlight technology.

You are also free to reference other LED products such as streetlights, flashing lights on emergency vehicles, and household lamps.

Please write whatever you can to convince the FDA to accept this petition and agree to submit a report to Congress on LEDs.
