For years, Andy Ngo has perpetuated dangerous rhetoric to right wing extremist crowds on Twitter that specifically targets civil rights demonstrators in Portland, Oregon. Most recently, posting the date, time and place of an event in Portland. Promptly following, one of his online followers, Benjamin Jeffrey Smith, carried out a mass shooting against 4 unarmed women on Saturday, February 19th. He murdered a 60 year old woman and shot four others. Two of them remain in critical condition. He called them terrorist cunts as he opened fire. This was a hate crime. The only thing that stopped him was another person who showed up with a gun. This is an example of what happens when right wing extremists are given free range on a platform that allows ongoing targeting of civil rights groups. Andy Ngo must be removed. He is a dangerous individual who riles up a violent base of extremists.
