Twitter - Reform User Policy, Automated System: Suspensions, Restrictions, Communication.
The Issue
We, the Citizens of the World entire, petition above mentioned U.S Company Twitter, Inc. and its Social Media Management, Social Media Engineers and CEO Rt Hon.Jack Dorsey in San Francisco & its European HQ of Twitter, Ireland. "Twitter Dublin".
At present within today yet it is indeed exponentially growing, more than 200,000+ Twitter users are facing suppression of freedom of expression with freedom of speech due to Twitters unsupervised and faulty algorithm and T&Cs policy.
Many hard working non-professionals and professional users who are working to maintain their business and professional connections on Twitter are being suspended from Twitter within every single day with baseless conduct of Twitter policy claims. Meanwhile users are filing their appeals they are being ignored and left alone without real help so their accounts are facing material loss as of one of the consequences.
Twitter, Inc is a publicly owned company Twitter IPO, Shares and Trading, AP News so as of a service it should and must practice impartiality instead of applying constant implicit bias which results suspensions without having the real option to have solution to our individual cases.
Their current "appeal system" has failed. No one (in terms of human being) is taking those appeals or revising them, only their automated system which is exactly the same that is causing Hundreds of Thousands of users inability to practice their Basic Human Rights of Freedom of Expression and Speech chaos at least for 2 years within today.
We have clearly seen that ( and constantly experiencing how) Twitter,Inc. has failed its responsibility to provide and practice the below mentioned amendments and international laws of Basic Human Rights of Freedom of Expression and Speech
Our Demands and Expectations to be implemented and to be practiced by Twitter:.
We demand Twitter,Inc to reform its entire system to the extent that their automated systems are not going to suspend people because of Twitters automated system is picking out "words" of context and sentences to suspend users.
We do demand Twitter,Inc & Rt Hon. Jack Dorsey to reform its Social Networks "report" policy. Due to the fact that Twitter, Inc was unable to contain "Bot" users people are being reported falsely by BOTs based of political views or expressions that are against those programmed bots.
We demand Twitter to arrange a real customer support service with real Human Resources and workers to handle these occurrences and issues.
We demand Twitter to build and to provide furthermore a customer support channel where people can speak and get help from Twitter Support Engineers and Teams.
We demand Twitter, Inc. to act always upon by implementing to practice and by reforming their Users Policy:
- Article 10 ( Int.law.f.o.expr.&.spch) International Law of Freedom of Expression Article 10
- First(1st) Amendment (US) 1st Amendment US
- Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998 (UK) Human Rights Act 1998
- European Court of Human Rights Article 8 & 9 & 10 (EU) Human Rights and Council of Europe
It is important to provide every single citizens the rights to practice their basic human rights of Freedom of Speech and Expression on every single Social Network platforms.
It is substantial and crucial, that citizens are being assured their rights are being respected by Social Network Companies and also those Companies are implementing real policies that are preventing people from being bullied or having their rights suppressed because of one individuals orientations of :.
- Sexual
- Religion
- Belief
- Political view
We, the Citizens of the World and Users of Twitter, Inc's Platform (www.twitter.com) with (Rt Hon. Jack Dorsey). We Demand the company to improve its users' policy and Human Resources to be updated and those demands to be implemented as of an actual practice within and to bring forth the Human Basic Rights of "Freedom of Expression and Speech", Twitter to be prepared to deliver the right help and team with the platform in case if a suspension is taking place and occurs, so people and users are in a position to speak with an Employee and Team member of the Twitters Support Team. We want to see these changes preferably before but at least within the date of September 3, 2021.
