Mary Ann Mendoza is a patriot and "Angel Mom" whose son Brandon, was killed by an illegal. For asking Kamala Harris a question, she was suspended from Twitter, which continues to designate itself as a space where public officials can operate using taxpayer money in their official capacity - in a space now upheld by the 2nd Circuit Courts as a Public Forum, re Knight v. Trump, which will be upheld again, logically, in the Supreme Court in the near future. Seeing as the space of officials is a public forum, excluding people from participating in the public space is unconstitutional, but the rigged District Courts of Northern California continue to ignore actual verdicts in favor of shams and supporting outdated, non-dominant verdicts as a form of protectionism. That is to say, plainly, California believes itself to be above the laws of the rest of our country, which is why Tech monopolies choose California as a venue. Likewise, every California judge is corrupt. No one in any California Court can expect a fair or correct ruling of any kind. 

Mary Ann Mendoza has become another victim - albeit that she is not permanently suspended from Twitter, yet - of social media censorship.

The President issued a tweet on her behalf. But he could do more. The President should issue an immediate Executive Order seizing Twitter and ordering them to restore all suspended accounts to their platform. Intellectual Property can be seized via the Takings Clause/Eminent Domain, and Twitter should be seized, as should Facebook and YouTube, until they can prove they can be accountable for their use of taxpayer dollars.
