Project Veritas was suspended by Twitter just a few hours ago for posting a tweet showing that Pinterest employees called Ben Shapiro a "white supremacist" in official company emails. This is journalism! 

Why are social media companies censoring journalism? It is because it exposes their attempts to lie, defame, and censor political enemies. 

The Court in my case ruled that Twitter has elements of antitrust which should be further explored. While I am appealing the speech related elements of my lawsuit against Twitter, even the largely left-leaning 9th Circuit knows these companies are too large and entirely unchecked - ironically, the Court simultaneously ruled both for and against, but in a situation where one man takes on a giant, monopolistic enterprise, this is truly a David and Goliath situation - and I'm loading up my sling with fresh stones. I am committed to fighting this all the way to the Supreme Court - NO SURRENDER! Never give up.
