I, BrittanyVenti was banned and have been banned for several months. I wish to be unbanned and be given another chance. I have had many months to reflect on a mistake I made on my part, and I am wishfully hoping Twitch will unban me so I can stream on there again.

The reason for the permanent ban was text to speech donations due to people abusing it and putting racist and offensive messages even after me filtering it. Many other streamers who are partnered also use text to speech so that the tips pop up on the screen with a message. I was a victim of raiders posting these terrible messages on my stream taking advantage, which was out of my control, and I did not turn off text to speech, because I had thought it was okay since I filtered it but they broke though and here we are now.

I'd really like to go back on Twitch because of so many viewers wanting for me to stream on that platform, and I also have friends that are streamers that I'd like to be in a community with.

So I am here asking if Twitch staff could please unban me, I have sent several emails regarding this over the course of the 5 months that I have been banned, and I have had no luck with appealing it.
