I have not seen my 3 daugters or talked to them because of there mother since 8/22/2021 months now and  I have court ordered physical custody!!!!!!!!

Also, when I got our girls. 180 days a year missing and all E’s. In Caro Mika my 6 year old now couldn't hardly talk, she was in speech therapy in Caro………..I got her talking with the help of Lapeer Rolland-Warner Campus and there wonderful Mentors…… Laura  couldn’t even do it………….

Mika's birthday is 2/14, Laura did this last year. Now I am missing Mika's birthday this year. She will be 7 on the 14th of Febuary.

Also the FOC knows this as they promised me I would have her this year.

CPS…..

Allegations

1.I was doing drugs       

2.I was just up there and threatened my ex wife's life!                                                     my van is all taken apart..pluss i have all 3 girls…how did i do that..

3.I don't take girls to Dr. 's again…They are not sick everyday!
    Laura makes Dr. appointments and doesn't tell me. Then calls CPS                            “CONTINUOUSLY”

4.I was beating the girls!
   Girls told them dad don't beat them

5.I was touching the girls! (Rain told the Lapeer Police Laura made her say that)
   Girls told them dads not like that, they love everything about there dad
   CPS takes my girls then gets them kidnapped and tells me “sorry”, WHAT? 
 

6.Then they try…. maken meth and do meth in the house!                                             CPS said it was false allegations, but i still lost everything?
 

7.They try it again…. saying i beat the girls, making meth, doing meth, growing  marajuana, smoking marajuana!  I asked her how I could do all of that when I haven't even seen or heard from my girls in 3 months at that point in time.

I just got them back from a kidnapping from a Dave orchestrated by Laura and had to have The Lapeer County Police, The Lapeer County Prosecutor, CPS, and Families First Of Michigan The police had to go in and get them from Dave

Zoey, Rain and Mika told Jackie and Danille that Laura entices them with IPhone 12’s and 100 dollar bills. Whatever Laura can persuade the girls with, I will get you this and i will get you that the girls told them that's what Laura does to them. Laura bribes them also.

Lapeer County CPS, Families First of Michigan they know, the girls explained to them what was going on

Laura knowingly cancelled our childrens insurance then took the girls to the dr’s  and incurred many different charges

At different places. Then Laura calls FOC and blames it on me.

I have police reports beyond police report that say ex wife is trying to get Mr. Richmond into trouble.

Ex wife called 911 said I was beating puching screaming and swearing at the girls police got their woke everyone up, they find out Mr. Richmond is a patient at Lapeer Reginal Hospital. Cops are wondering how he can do that when he has been a  patient there. 

Another Lapeer Police officer states he watch the child exchange and the girls were saying wonderful about there dad and Mr. Richmond was getting girls stuff and was not around when asked about him. Then Laura leave and right away calls CPS, they have laura take them to ER the same Officer goes cause he just watch the child exchange at Mr. Richmonds. At the hospital around laura the girls are talking derogatory about there dad, and now Laura says there's marks on them. He takes pictures and tells laura to look at girls. Officer states girls said nothing about abuse, but laura kept reminding them of a date and getting to say bad things about there father.

Lapeer officer comes out again Laura says Rain told her I was touching her, cops came out to interview, Rain told Lapeer Police that Laura always makes them lie.
