Dana LPDP adalah uang rakyat yang seharusnya dialokasikan bagi putra-putri bangsa yang berprestasi dan menjunjung tinggi nilai kejujuran. Namun, Irawati Puteri, S.H., LL.M. (Awardee PK-205, Alumni Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia (FH UI) angkatan 2015, dan Stanford Law Graduate Class of 2024) diduga telah mencederai integritas sistem beasiswa nasional melalui rangkaian tindak pidana, kebohongan, penipuan, dan pemalsuan dokumen demi mendapatkan pendanaan negara dan membawa kabur uang rakyat. / The LPDP fund is public money that should be allocated to the nation’s sons and daughters who are accomplished and uphold the value of integrity. However, Irawati Puteri, S.H., LL.M. (Awardee PK-205, alumna of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (FH UI) Class of 2015, and a graduate of Stanford Law School, Class of 2024) is alleged to have undermined the integrity of the national scholarship system through a series of criminal acts, lies, fraud, and document forgery in order to obtain state funding and abscond with public funds.

Fakta-Fakta Pelanggaran: / Facts of Violations:

1. Pengkhianatan Dana LPDP: / Betrayal of LPDP Funds:

- Irawati Puteri diduga tidak transparan mengenai riwayat sanksi disiplinnya saat proses seleksi beasiswa. / Irawati Puteri is alleged to have been non-transparent regarding her disciplinary record during the scholarship selection process.

- LPDP telah membiayai kuliah Irawati Puteri berdasarkan Admission Fraud di Stanford Law School berdasarkan pemalsuan Dean’s Certification Form dan pemalsuan Curriculum Vitae (CV). / LPDP funded Irawati Puteri’s studies based on alleged admission fraud at Stanford Law School through falsification of the Dean’s Certification Form and falsification of her Curriculum Vitae (CV).

- Irawati Puteri diduga berupaya mengajukan Permanent Residency (Green Card) di Amerika Serikat untuk berpindah kewarganegaraan, yang merupakan pelanggaran berat kontrak pengabdian di Indonesia. / Irawati Puteri is alleged to have attempted to apply for Permanent Residency (Green Card) in the United States in order to change her citizenship, which constitutes a serious breach of her service obligation contract in Indonesia.

2. Admission Fraud (Stanford):

- Irawati Puteri diduga memalsukan Dean’s Certification Form dengan mengeklaim tidak pernah terlibat sanksi disiplin agar dapat diterima di Stanford Law School. / Irawati Puteri is alleged to have falsified the Dean’s Certification Form by claiming she had never been involved in any disciplinary sanctions in order to gain admission to Stanford Law School.

- Irawati Puteri diduga telah memalsukan Curriculum Vitae (CV) dalam proses aplikasinya ke Stanford Law School. / Irawati Puteri is also alleged to have falsified her Curriculum Vitae (CV) during her application process to Stanford Law School.

3. Rekam Jejak Disiplin FH UI: / Disciplinary Record at FH UI:

- Faktanya, Irawati Puteri pernah diberhentikan secara tidak hormat dari jabatan Direktur Eksekutif Indonesian Law Debating Society (ILDS FH UI) berdasarkan Keputusan Musyawarah Anggota ILDS FH UI Nomor 96/B1/ILDS/XI/17 tertanggal 3 November 2017 karena penggelapan dana organisasi, mark-up, dan pemalsuan kuitansi. / In fact, Irawati Puteri was dishonorably dismissed from her position as Executive Director of the Indonesian Law Debating Society (ILDS FH UI) based on ILDS FH UI Members’ Resolution No. 96/B1/ILDS/XI/17 dated 3 November 2017 due to embezzlement of organizational funds, mark-ups, and falsification of receipts.

- Melanjutkan Keputusan ILDS tersebut, Irawati Puteri juga dijatuhi sanksi disiplin oleh Rektor Universitas Indonesia (UI) melalui Keputusan Rektor UI No. 1386/SK/R/UI/2018, berupa sanksi tidak diperkenankan untuk mengikuti kegiatan akademik pada Semester Genap 2017/2018 (skorsing) dan pemberian nilai E untuk mata kuliah di semester yang terkena sanksi skorsing. / Following that ILDS decision, Irawati Puteri was also subjected to disciplinary sanctions by the Rector of Universitas Indonesia (UI) through Rector’s Decree No. 1386/SK/R/UI/2018, in the form of being prohibited from participating in academic activities during the Even Semester of 2017/2018 (suspension) and receiving an E grade for courses in the affected semester.

4. Kebohongan Publik: Irawati Puteri secara tertulis telah mengakui bahwa klaimnya diterima di berbagai kampus top di Amerika Serikat (seperti Harvard) yang sempat viral di media massa adalah TIDAK BENAR, sehingga Irawati Puteri telah melakukan pembohongan publik. / Public Misrepresentation: Irawati Puteri has acknowledged in writing that her claim of being accepted into several top universities in the United States (such as Harvard), which had gone viral in the media, was NOT TRUE. Therefore, she has engaged in public misrepresentation.

5. Praktik Hukum Ilegal: Melalui perusahaan Legali AI, Irawati Puteri selaku founder perusahaan tersebut, yang tidak terdaftar sebagai attorney/lawyer di Amerika Serikat diduga menjalankan praktik hukum tanpa lisensi (Unauthorized Practice of Law) di California, yang berpotensi melanggar hukum Amerika Serikat. / Illegal Legal Practice: Through the company Legali AI, Irawati Puteri, as its founder, who is not registered as an attorney/lawyer in the United States, is alleged to have conducted unauthorized legal practice in California (Unauthorized Practice of Law), potentially violating U.S. law.

6. Eksploitasi Pekerja Mahasiswa ITB: Irawati Puteri diduga melakukan eksploitasi pekerja mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) melalui perusahaannya (Legali AI) dengan mendalilkan bahwa pekerjaan tersebut merupakan unpaid probation, tidak memberikan kontrak kerja yang jelas, dan melakukan pengancaman/intimidasi kepada pekerja mahasiswa ITB. / Exploitation of ITB Student Workers: Irawati Puteri is alleged to have exploited student workers from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) through her company (Legali AI) by labeling the work as unpaid probation, failing to provide clear employment contracts, and engaging in threats/intimidation toward the student workers.

7. Penggelapan Uang dan Penipuan terhadap Orang Tua Murid: Ditemukan laporan masyarakat mengenai dugaan tindakan penipuan dan penggelapan dana yang dilakukan Irawati Puteri saat menjadi pengajar les maupun pelatih kompetisi debat, dengan cara melakukan mark-up biaya secara ilegal, mengklaim sebagai anggota English Debate Society UI padahal tidak, tidak menghadiri sesi mengajar yang telah dibayar di muka (sistem pre-paid), memutus komunikasi dan membawa lari uang milik orang tua murid tanpa pertanggungjawaban. / ​​Embezzlement and Fraud Against Students’ Parents: Public reports have been found regarding alleged acts of fraud and embezzlement committed by Irawati Puteri while acting as a private tutor and debate coach, including illegally marking up fees, falsely claiming to be a member of the English Debate Society UI, failing to attend prepaid teaching sessions, cutting off communication, and absconding with parents’ funds without accountability.

KAMI MENUNTUT AKSI TEGAS: / WE DEMAND DECISIVE ACTION:

1. LPDP: Jatuhkan sanksi administratif berat berupa kewajiban pengembalian seluruh uang beasiswa LPDP beserta bunganya secara penuh karena diduga didapatkan melalui penipuan (admission fraud) dan adanya indikasi pengabaian kewajiban kontribusi di Indonesia. / LPDP: Impose strict administrative sanctions in the form of full repayment of all LPDP scholarship funds along with interest, as they are alleged to have been obtained through fraud (admission fraud) and there are indications of failure to fulfill service obligations in Indonesia.

2. Universitas Indonesia dan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia: Jatuhkan sanksi berupa pencabutan gelar Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) atas dasar pelanggaran berat kode etik yang telah terbukti. / Universitas Indonesia and Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia: Impose sanctions in the form of revocation of the Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree on the basis of proven serious violations of the code of ethics.

3.  Stanford Law School: Jatuhkan sanksi berupa pencabutan gelar Master of Laws (LL.M.) Irawati Puteri atas dugaan admission fraud. / Stanford Law School: Impose sanctions in the form of revocation of Irawati Puteri’s Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree on the grounds of alleged admission fraud.

4. State Bar of California: Hentikan segala aktivitas konsultasi hukum ilegal yang dilakukan oleh Irawati Puteri dan berikan sanksi tegas sesuai hukum yang berlaku di Amerika Serikat untuk melindungi publik dari saran hukum ilegal. / State Bar of California: Cease all illegal legal consultation activities carried out by Irawati Puteri and impose strict sanctions in accordance with applicable U.S. law to protect the public from unauthorized legal advice.

5. Media Massa: Lakukan koreksi atas pemberitaan sebelumnya agar informasi yang beredar tetap akurat dan sesuai dengan fakta rekam jejak Irawati Puteri. / Mass Media: Issue corrections to prior reporting to ensure that circulating information remains accurate and reflects the factual record of Irawati Puteri.

Memilih diam terhadap kasus ini sama saja membiarkan korupsi dan aksi kriminal untuk terus merajalela. Kami menuntut pihak yang berwajib dan dapat menjatuhkan sanksi terhadap Irawati Puteri untuk bertindak tegas. / Remaining silent on this case is equivalent to allowing corruption and criminal acts to continue unchecked. We call upon the relevant authorities and institutions with the power to impose sanctions on Irawati Puteri to take firm and decisive action.
