Hi, I'm a user of zamii070's artwork for quite some time. You see, what pushed me to create this petition is mainly because of the article I stumbled across linked here.

It horrified me how individuals would push a person to commit suicide, all within the name of 'justice' and 'tolerance' that these same individuals preached. I knew the user and the cyberbullying months before Zamii (Paige) tried attempted suicide. I was appalled how people, mainly Tumblr users, were constantly nitpicking over minor 'problems', 'offensive' and 'oppressive' drawings that I couldn't see- nor any sane person could see as issues. Demanding apologies, and even after Zamii apologized... Apparently, it wasn't 'enough'. Hate blogs, forums and groups dedicated to solely hate on zamii070 because she's somehow a 'transophobic, fatophobic, racist, ablest, sexist...' The lists goes on.

I tried reporting main hate blogs on Tumblr, and I still have the hate blogs bookmarked for administer reporting. Unfortunately, it was technically complicated to report them, and then I couldn't report because the main person (Zamii) had to report it herself. Like, seriously? I can't stick up and report cyberbullying? The user have to do it themselves? Regardless, I lost hope because none of the reports I sent were accessible, and I gave up. In spite of it, I continued supporting Zami's artwork because she's a talented individual with a real knack for art, who's being harassed and bullied for 'progressive' ideal causes.

So what if canon FICTION characters are altered? Something new, fresh and it doesn't have to be 'canon' all the time.

Zamii, or Paige, is a really sweet and respectful person who doesn't deliberately participate in 'offending' people. She's being harassed because certain users are dissatisfied her artwork isn't fitting to their standards.

When I found out Zamii tried to kill herself, I felt completely heartbroken. I thought, maybe I should've done more... I shouldn't have given up. Thankfully, the suicide attempt was unsuccessful, and Zamii is gladly receiving support. Even still, she needs support because there will probably be secretive hate groups to be spawned after the main hate blogs are taken down.

There's nothing wrong with criticism, nor being called out on things. However, this is ridiculous.

We, as humans, are simply humans. We make mistakes, and we say/do things that will probably offend, and then we look back on our mistakes and try to correct them. Sending death threats and telling someone to commit suicide because they 'offended' you is stupid, and that means you're stupid.

And for people justifying this type of 'criticism', well, screw you.

Anyway, please give zamii070 some support. Donate, draw fanart, support Zami, create support groups and farthermost, report to staff/police of any threatening, harmful, and harassing blogs/groups dedicated to this user.

Not only this user, but any artist/user going through similar problems.

- PS. Is it possible to directly contact Tumblr/Twitter staff without having to wait a certain amount of days? When things like this occur, I don't want to 'wait' nor get booted because there's no victim reporting it themselves. Issues will continue unless staff fixes the problem!

Thanks Tumblr, thanks for not standing up to cyberbullying and allowing 'unprivileged' people to harass someone :).
