If nude images of someone are posted without their permission, it is a gross violation. Social media platforms can and should construct their Terms of Service in such a way as to prohibit these actions and permanently ban any account posting and/or sharing these images. Many times, these images are of minors, as we saw with #IamJada.

While some may argue about "free speech" and the like, our position is that an individual's right to free speech does not trump an individual's right to images of their own bodies being released to the public without their permission. We will not debate our position on this issue. We call for all social media platforms to finally do something about the ways in which men and women, boys and girls are abused like this online.
