Save Simba the Rottweiler!

Save Simba the Rottweiler!
The Issue
Simba the Rottweiler and German Shepherd mixed dog, is on course to be euthanized by the TTSPCA, following his attack on a six month old baby boy in Charlieville on Tuesday March 8th. Unfortunately the child succumbed to his injuries.
However, reports show that Simba was being ill treated and in a malnourished condition at the home where he was being kept and also was not tied to a proper or safe area.
Well known animal doctor, Kriyaan Singh, amongst others are willing to take Simba and rehabilitate him, however the TTSPCA is of the opinion that several dogs that are ill treated are euthanized daily by them and nobody comes forward to save them, but several people want Simba.
It is their view that he is now a Class A dog handed over to them to be euthanized and that they cannot give him up in case he attacks someone else.
The TTSPCA cannot see Simba as an opportunity to not only save a life but also to change public perception on dogs, and change the dangerous dog act to focus not on the dog but the owner!
Help save Simba, if you think the TTSPCA should either attempt to rehabilitate him or give him to someone trained to do before euthanasia!
