In November 2017, the Troup county commissioners passed a law that would no longer allow chaining a dog to a stationary object and allow trolleys/runners to be allowed 24/7. A dog should not live it's entire life tethered. Therefore I am reopening this petition asking the Troup County commissioners to ban unsupervised tethering altogether.
